Fried With Chicken


Ingredients
a boneless, skinless chicken breast, smaller
200 g sliced bacon
red pepper
a sprig of green onions
3 potatoes
4 eggs
200 g feta cheese
2 tablespoons oil
Parmesan cheese shaved on top

Preparation
Cut the potatoes in half and then into thick slices and boil in salted water until it softens but does not break. Drain the water and leave to cool a little. Chicken breast cut into cubes and cook in hot oil. Returns on both sides then add the chopped Bacon slices and peppers and green onions cut after like. Let it soften. Then add the potatoes. Beat eggs and mix with grated cheese and pour into the pan. Let it simmer with the lid. When it starts to inching above is back on the other side, using large plates. Place a plate on top of the pan, with two kitchen towels are well bonded to the Pan and plate with a move upside down farm Fries. Then put it back in the Pan, on the necoapta and leave 2-3 minutes on the fire. Remove to a platter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve warm!
