I have a great work schedule if I do say so myself. I work 3 shifts of 12 hours one week followed by 4 days off and the next week I work 4 shifts of 12 hours followed by 3 days off. I work 7 out of 14 days, so in the long run I only work half the year, and I get a guaranteed 4 hours a pay period OT, and there is always more...
