1 pound chopped onions
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 jalapeno, chopped
1 stick butter
3 cans rotel tomatoes, pureed
1 pint chicken stock
2 -3 table sppons cilatro- chopped
10-12 tortillas cut into bite size pieces
grated monterry jack cheese


saute onions, garilc and jalpeno in the butter. Add rotel , cilatro and stock. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes, add totillas and heat. Makes a  huge pot, can be havled with 2 cans of rotel.
