I do have to drive to the beach, it is not out my back door, wouldn't want that anyway.
But you can get a little tan this time of year.

I was thinking of moving to Arizona. Not sure now since I have an ocean near me. Well the bay that is.


 


Maybe I will buy a home in Arizona.

I vacationed in Arizona once a few years back, I loved it! Wanted to move there myself, still think of it sometimes. But probably would miss the water.

All I can say is I feel for you CClawdog .... and I am glad to live in the south ... we had a little snow on Thursday ... and believe it or not ... the power did not go out ... I guess they have been working a lot in the area so the trees that would have fallen didn't this time ...

it was not much snow ... just barley enough to cover the ground and then toped with Ice ... then the rain washed it away ... it was all gone by the next morning ...

Sorry CClawdog ... stay inside and warm as much as you can ... I will be thinking about you ... Good Luck ...

I've heard that it's bitterly cold in the midwest, it's 20 right now and I think the high this week is going to be 36.  I hate cold weather.  At least we aren't expecting any snow.

I'm a police officer so I was in it all night. Plus it's an hour drive normally to get home. But I was fine. We had a level three emergency here, so there were very few cars out on the street. As for the warm body to come home to. I have no trouble finding those but I'm a little picky, and no just my four cats. But they always come to the door to greet me when I come home. And sometimes that's good enough. Thanx
