Hey guys any body builders out there,I'm 24 5.11 and around 66kg,I've been training for around 1 year but I'm seriously plateauing,i can get some definition but cant gain mass as hard as i try. I eat like a horse but can't gain poundage.. just looking for tips and a possible workout..
Eating like horse is not enough. The main thing is what you are eating. Carbs are the way to go to gain weight. Make sure you are eating enough of the other food groups too, but pick up on the healthy carbs for example, pastas, bread, oatmeals, milk shakes, etc. May be you should have to follow Arnold Schwarzenegger Old school workout.
