nothing.  Jus tin the mood for some mexican and it sounded good when I was at the store.


most of the incrediance was on sale to. (got the ground chuck- it the only kind I use) and that was the best part.


the cheese was on sale also. another plus.


(thats what gave me the idea)

those were some darn good enchiladas.


 


It was a feast. i took some over to my neighbor that I talk to all the time. (she works nights and very rarly has time to eat with her husband. both are in their 60's.)


have lunches ready to go, for a copuple days. Plus some for mom.....gotta go check the old house onm tomorrow during lunch. She has the flu and hasnt been there in about 4 days.  


 (yes Im freezing hers for her)
