Well....I personally know of one instance where an employee was scheduled to be fired...but figured it out HERself one Saturday morning.  By Monday morning, it was noted that she had directly contacted the owner of the company, (who made the decision to fire her and had never had contact with her) that Saturday.  Within a week the general manager who was given the task to fire her found HER at HIS desk and HE was out the DOOR. 


Need I go into more detail? ...or does that count?

hmmmmm here is one there was a guy named Rod who i strted work with we were hired the same dqay he brown nosed his way to manager. he would say yes mam no mam. ect. he would bring in the boss stuff like doughnuts.  ect. he was the biggest brown noser when the boss was around when she wasnt he was a prick who  went toe toe with me lol. hence he no longer works there anymore lol

I knew this chick that slept her way into better positions around the office. She went from "flunky" to management in no time! Needless to say it was impossible to fire her because she threatened "sexual harrassment", even though she was the one sexin her way through jobs! I mean, who would they have believed, the guys or her???? Her of course!

That is wrong!  It reminds me of a time my dad came home just steaming mad.  He was a Manager, I forget where he was working at the time, and was told he would have to fire this girl who was basically useless.  Doing the absolute minimum at her job and then polishing her nails the rest of the day!  Well, he took her to the back office and proceeded to fire her and she thought she could save her job by taking her clothes off!!!   Too bad for her that he was a happily married man with a family!

there a bunch of this crap where I work. Alot of family over family, and friends over friends or family.


 


the thing I like best is sister sandpaper who trys to run the show and has no type of authroty at all just got her own ass busted, HERSELF>


she got caught at the food store when she was to be on the clock at work with the clients.


 


she has tried to lie her way out of it, but they know and they are moving her I think.


she has it comming. shes a A 1 bitch.

Yup...dealt with that personally.  Its a bitch if you are the guy and the senior person to boot.

Ok....maybe I was not clear.


 


If you are the gal and are actually sexually harrassed...you can get help and understanding.


If however, you are the GUY and are FALSELY accused of sexual harrassment, cause the chick wants to keep her job....you are just as screwed as a guy who's wife said that he hit her when he really didn't.  No one believes you and no one cares.  So...the gal gets away with it.

Not always is there help for the woman who are sexually harrassed by her male boss..... A lot of times either no one believes them or no one wants to put their ass in the fire to help! If you're on the "low" side of the work force and it's your boss doin the harrassin...you're screwed!

Back to brown nosers.....I knew this one chick who used to take the boss out for lunch every day so she could get her a bit "saused" (boss was an alchie and everyone knew it) so she could get all the easy jobs or leave early, etc.....

but I dont hear WHAT POSITION they are getting into.


and like I tell my clients, if it LOOKS and you cant TALK YOUR WAY OUT reasonalbly dont go there.


 


I know tht it cuts both ways Zap. men get the bad end due to more being the aggressors, but women abuse also.

The one chick I saw went from working in the mail room to managing office secretary (boss's secretary) in 3 weeks! Once she got that position she had underlings that she could have do the "real work" and she would just take the credit for doing it as she was the one handin it in to the boss! He was a jerk (married) and enjoyed the "attention" he was getting. There was a lady there that got passed over for the position because this other chick slept her way in instead of worked for it. Needless to say, the "lady" quit as did a few others (me too). That kind of office politics is for the birds!

Personally, I think if either male or female get caught "playing the game" when it comes to SH, they should be given a big yellow dot tattoo on their forehead. That way everyone else would know that this person is a "problem" in that area. And if they do start screaming SH, the yellow dot might slow down the "jumping" about it.

Believe me, my department's full of them. You'd think a Chief that makes about 80k a year would be smart enough to spot the ass-kissers for what they are.

While we're at it... how about a huge BROWN dot (because they are a piece of sh**) on the forhead of those that have sex with someone that isnt their spouse WHILE THEY ARE MARRIED AND LIVING IN THE SAME HOUSEHOLD AS THEIR SPOUSE....

That works for me!!!! And we will just make different colors for different a$$holes. THEN when certain people turn in to a rainbow head,,, we will put them on a island called "rainbow island"..... Sure, its a beatiful place to visit,, but I wouldn't want to live there!!!! LOL
