No recipe really....but this is how I do them and they turn out really well.
I cut them first and put them into a pan covered with tin foil at 450 for about 2 hours or so...til they start to get tender.
Take them out, drain them.
Reduce the oven to 350 and put the ribs onto a cookie sheet.
I mix KC Masterpiece and Jack Daniels original #7 sauce...slightly higher on the JD
I use a regular paint brush to put the sauce on....cover them well then put them back in. After they appear to be dry, coat them again...flip them over at least once during the process so the sauce bakes in all the way around. Keep coating as needed.
Cook them as long as you want....but be sure they are tender and have a good layer of sauce baked in.
If you are grilling...I do the same thing....but use low heat and watch them closer so they don't burn

They are good...and beef is better than pork I think. (but twice as expensive)
But...I'll tell you what...do a slab at a time....and being single now....I can put two or three into a freezer bag then thaw them and heat them in 20 minutes or so and whip up some mashed potatoes and i'm good to go 8)

Just about everything can be grilled, what did you have in mind? Also, almost everything that's grilled can benefit from a good marinade, you can even use the same ingredients whether you're using it for meat, seafood, or vegetables.
When I grill fish or shrimp, I often season it with just a little garlic and brush it with an infused oil just before cooking. Then I serve it with a very spicy fruit salsa, it's easy and looks good, too. Let me know if you'd like the recipe.

The thing is that I am trying to make a recipe. By take ideas out of other ones the reason is the party is also a contest. We all can work on a recipe. And make them to where we like them and then see who has the best one.
I love the website it gave me lots of ideas. But now I am looking for something that girls/women would like. I don't know many that like ribs.
