For several weeks I have been tired of going to the gym and instead have been doing exercise tapes at home. But I unfortunately do them in a half-assed way, and my cat attacks me which is distracting. Besides, nothing makes your butt high and firm like the gluteal program on the elliptical.
So tomorrow night I will go back to the gym, and I am publicly announcing it in the hope that I will not change my mind.

Good for you, icecold. It's so hard to go back, but then you feel so good afterwards. I almost didn't go last night because I exchanged my mp3 player for an IPod, and it needed hours to charge. But I knew I'd be mad at myself if I flaked, so I ended up going in the middle of the night.

Drink more water. Eat more often (smaller meals, more often), cut back on carbs, bump up protein, limit fat, excercise regularly, don't eat carbs for one hour after working out.
