I use it simply to resize my pics fom my camera. They are like huge. That is basically what I use it for, but I have seen some HUGE pics on here and thought maybe someone could use it. To resize you simply go to Image: Resize/ Resample: then just put in a exact size or do it by percentage. Really simple, quite fast. I have Image Zone and do not use it.
