eTrust antivirus is a much better application. updates to virus diffinitions are update daily as opposed to Norton which is once a week. and eTrust is much friendlier on your system as for as resource usage goes. and it offers greater protection.

Should we start converting them to Firefox, I think we should.

Also get them running CCleaner every so often.

Lastly make sure they defrag regularly as well.

I use etrust and have not had any problems. It is such a rip off to pay for antivirus.
