Welp, new neighbors are moving in. This aught to be fun. Not sure if it is the old couple or the young couple. I think it is the young ones because I see alot of kids stuff going in. God do I miss my house. I lived in the country and had no neighbors. So this is all new to me. Did I say I miss my old house.

What pisses me off is loud phone rings. I mean we live in an apartment, does it have to be turned to the loudest ring? Are you fucking deaf? I need ear plugs to sleep during the day because of my stupid neighbors phone.

Oh yeah, thanks for rubbing it in. I have only lived here for about 6 months and I am not sure what this summer is going to be like. All I know is when I stayed with my sister I couldn't sleep for the life of me. I want my house back. But only if he lives it.

Bignads, I'm sorry about your loss due to your divorce.
my bet is I'm not telling you anything that you don't know but I mean it as encouragement?
I'm single, and I finally own my own home through a lot of hard work and sacrificing. All of the responsibilities that go with home owning [including mortgage payments, repairs and consumption of TIME] have their own sets of issues. There are days that I'd gladly live in an apartment. There are pros and cons of living in an apartment or living in a house. Focusing on the benefits rather than the inconveniences, at either location, might make the adjustment go more smoothly? (adjusting your paradigm) Also keeping in mind the long term goals and that this is only temporary (if you want to change it badly enough) helps get through the tougher spots too. While I live in a house... my dream is to live in the country like KatScratch does and Lawmans Lady used to. I want to hear the spring peepers Zap was talking about a few weeks back. I want to look out my bedroom window and not see another building, car or person. want to sleep at night with my windows open and NOT hear the neighbor's dogs barking. I want to be able to work on my total suntan .... naturally. So, I'm holding on to my long term goal... and it keeps the current inconveniences and annoyences and necessities, in perspective for me. You owned your own home once.. if that is your goal, you can own your own home again. Hope this helps somehow. hang in there.
Lawmans Lady, any time I've had new neighbors move in, I extended a hand of welcome and waited to see what happened next. Sometimes it clicked and sometimes it didn't.
lol... that could be your new best friend just moving in...or at the very least your new partner in crime?????
This new place I moved into.......a little apartment complex. It's a nice area. But hell.....I don't know the faces of the people who live next to me or in front of me.
I only know the one upstairs, which is kinda nice because she is a single mother of two teenage girls about the same age as my boys. As for the two couple's that move in, I see the ones across from me are going to be fun ones. They already take up the parking spaces so that no one else can park. We get there phone convestions on our our cordless phone.
