I just had this massive chocolate craving. I searched my pantry for something.....some chocolate milk mix was available, but I knew it wouldnt have satisfied my needs.
I found a bottle of chocolate sprinkles, I ate a few.....yummy, but surely not what I needed . I sprinkled a few into my hands and ate them...several times. Yes, I even licked the palm of my hand.....cant waste chocolate.
NADA.
So, I poured them into my mouth. the top of the bottle was tapered to look like a clowns hat. That did the trick. It kind of tickled....
I am satisfied and a bit disgusted with myself.
Have any of you done something a bit unusual to satisfy a craving? I mean food craving....I dont want to know any perverted things done to satify sexual cravings, please.......my virgin eyes are violated daily in here enough as it is.

I was making a cake with my daughter years ago. After we got it all mixed up she dipped a spoon in the batter, then I dipped a spoon in the batter.....before I knew it we were sitting at the table eating the cake batter and drinking big glasses of milk! Needless to say, we never baked the cake cause we ate all of the batter! (and dam near a gallon of milk)

Thank God I am not the only one.......My daughter eats peanut butter straight from the jar ....or from a bowl if she asks me for it. No crackers, no fruit...just PB in a bowl and a spoon.

When I was pregnant I use to wake up in the middle of the night craving chocolate. I had reeses in the fridge specifically for this purpose. I don't do it now. I guess we can chalk that up to the glory of hormones.

Seriously...I live by myself... I seldom eat peanut butter...but when I do get a taste for it...why waste a spoon? I just trowel out a dollop on my finger and that is enough.

I just saw the peanut butter thing.....thats fine, if you dont wipe your peanut butter covered hands on clothes or the walls like my child has done in the past. I am sure you take special care not to do such a thing even as a single man.

Funny...recently, my husband wanted to put the pajama pants I have laying around for him so he can have something on if he needs to go outside for whatever reason. He is usually in his tightie whites for bed.
Well, his pants were smeared with Peanut Butter. He was not happy. I mean, it washed out, but he as pretty mad.
She is 3 for Crickets sake.....not that it excuses her carelessness , but you would think he was Wonder boy who did no wrong as a child. She is pretty Dennis the Menace like, so she may have done it on purpose. She has the Bread Styx innocent brown eye, "who me?" look down to perfection. Man, she is good at such a young age. Payback is wicked.
