From my experience playing kiddie deputy in the juvenile courts, they get so cuddled and crap its not funny. The staff isnt allowed to use hard restraints (handcuffs) on them, they can sit there and talk back, be stupid and the staff doesn't have the proper training nor equipment to deal with them. Often times we get called to take care of the situation.
It isnt until they get sent to the adult jail they continue to have attitude until they go off the hook and the C/Os put them in their place. Of course, they still act stupid because they can't be placed with the adults.
Oh and when they do go to court, nothing happens to them

Well, what do you expect? We live in a society now that feels they can do/say what they want, when they want. Don’t have to be held accountable, and are entitled certain things! What’s going to be interesting is now this generation of horseshit is raising their own offspring! That group should be REEEEEEAL interesting.

I've said it before and I'll say it again....If we were allowed to disapline our kids like our parents did us, the world would be a better place! Instead some stupid ass sitting in an office down at Children's Services said, "I think paddling your kid is child abuse, they should have rights?" That started a downhill spiral of kids having the upper hand over parents trying to keep them in line and now they call the cops everytime they fuck up and mommy or daddy kick their ass when they call them on their shit and hold them accountable for their actions! Me, I say fuck the law, I crack down on my kids! It's far from child abuse, but I'll be dammed if I allow them to be a disrespectful little asshole to society! Thank God there are some real cops out there that don't subscribe to the theory that all forms of punishment are abuse! They are parents too and I'm sure they don't go for the "time out" shit!!
