ALLOWED ( are you fucking happy ZOMBIE) to workout at my oncall job? Awhile back I was hired to work at a sports/fitness club. They gave me a 1 year membership to workout there since I was working. Now that I am on their sublist. Do you think I am still aloud to workout at the club?
Also do you think they are keeping me on their sublist as of a way to keep me from filing for unemployment?

I tried that already. They never gave me an answer. I did forget to mention that the last time I went there. One of the owners/bosses saw me working out and didn't say anything to me.

Yes I think the sublist is a away of them not allowing you to file for unemployment. One thing you can do (at least in texas) if your sub- or temp wotrking and get no calls....yu can file ffor tht day. Whens the last time you called to see when your needed. start documenting and calling at tlest one to two times per week, then file. Bets are you will get more work, and or the job back.
Your on form tonight with the spellings Zombie, you should know that spelling correctly does not come naturally to some people and if they have to check their spellings all the time then they might as well give up.
At least most of the time we know what they mean, just let it slide.

I feel some hostility toward me Baseball Babe. I am very happy but it has nothing to do with you correcting your spelling. I'd want someone to tell me if I used a word the wrong way so I don't look ignorant.

You darn right you should some feel hostility in my post. Not everyone is perfect at spelling and grammar like you are. Some people do make mistakes. Well if you want to let someone know they mispelled something then tell them in PM instead of out in the open. Obviously you can't do that.
