Eh. In general, most diamonds you get from discount retailers are, by necessity, on the inexpensive side. This isnt Walmart is trying to sell you crap. Its more like, The customer base that shops at Walmart is on the frugal side. Selling the high end diamonds would be a waste of time. When I was at Walmart and then Kohls, they tried to market a few very upscale items (especially jewelry and clothing for women) and it flopped. Even if they did offer a really good certified diamond, once you get to that price point, its always going to be better to just go to a regular jewelry store.
