You will need: 1 pound chicken Mushrooms of your choice 1 pkg. fresh linguine 1 quart heavy cream cajun spice Any extra's you may like (tomatoes, olives, you can even add shrimp)
Cube the chicken and sautee with mushrooms till cooked through (about 5 minutes, depending on how you cut your chicken)
Drain juices.
Add heavy cream and heat. It will thicken as it cooks. Low heat people, it is cream, it will scorch.
Now the spice is up to you. Add to taste. I throw in some cayenne for extra kick.
Cook your fresh pasta and mix it all together. Serve with french bread and a salad.
