That guy rocks, my last company that I worked for made a piece of equipment in his Chelsea restaurant, it was always going wrong so I was forever going there to repair it. I don't know how he comes across on TV over there, but he was always cool with me when I turned up.
He was the only person in a restaurant to offer me a coffee before I did any work, that don't happen much nowadays.
