Sheriff's deputy fired for alleged drinking, driving and cocaine
A Harris County sheriff's deputy is off the force Saturday after he was arrested for allegedly drinking and driving and having cocaine on him.
Walter Ybarbo, 35, was a deputy at the Harris County jail.
Officers pulled him over for speeding early Saturday morning on FM 1960 near the North Freeway.
We're told Ybarbo did not pass a sobriety test and was fired as he was being processed at the jail. **now I have heard of some LEO doing dumb things. but that takes the cake...
it was way to fast. County cops usally have an appeal process and nothing that fast ever stays.....or what it seems.
it took MONTHS befoe some one got the axe when the condemd man walked out of the jail, and most of those where time off, the only fired appealed- and went back.
