1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
6 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 1/4 cup shortening (or butter)
3 cups flour
Cut the shortening into the flour and then add the rest if the ingredients, and mix well.
Divide into equal amounts and store in the fridge or freezer. (flatten it and put it into a sandwich bag works too)
usally makes 5 to 6 pie crust.
