It's a white sparkly ribbon, it didn't come through very well in the picture. It's not crooked anymore, either. And the stuff at the bottom of the tree is white netting.

It's very pretty Buttercup! As soon as Econ does our tree, I will post a pic. Since we've been married, I have the nicest trees! Although you could land a 747 with all the lights at my house!!!!
