Monkey Proof is Beautiful yet hideous

I finally remembered, TC.


1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice wine or sake
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 TBS sesame oil
1/2 tsp minced gingerroot (or 1/4 tsp grd ginger)
2 TBS orange juice

That's a pretty basic one.  Sometimes I add sesame seeds, a little honey, or substitute hot chili oil for the sesame oil.
