I made this cheesecake for a friend of mine. It was great both ways
1 cup of graham cracker crumbs 1 cup of sugar 3Tbsp of butter 32 oz. of cream cheese (partially melted works better) 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup of sour cream 4 eggs 2 cups fresh or thawed fruit. (strawberries, blueberries, cherries.) I tried pie filling and it came out good too. Preheat oven to 325F. Mix crumbs 3 tbsp of sugar and butter. Press into bottom of 13X9" baking pan. (Use some type of non-stick spray) Bake ten minutes. Meanwhile beat cream cheese remaining sugar, and vanilla into a large bowl with mixer on slow speed until well blended.Add sour cream, mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating on low speed. Pour over crust. Puree the fruit in a blender. Drop spoonfuls into the batter, cutting through with a butter knife will give it a marbling effect Bake at 325F for 45 mins or until center is almost set. Let cool refridgerate about four hrs before serving. I saved a little of the fruit as a topping for each slice with some whipped cream.
