Thanks Buttercup!

After sitting at the hospital for an hour, they came out and told Econ that his test had been re-scheduled for this Friday......so we wait.....AGAIN......

My son should have his new pair of glasses today. Somewhere in the accident, they disappeared.......atleast he will finally be able to see again?

SU and I have been in SD, WY, & MT and out of tower range ... this is the first we have heard about this ... I hope everyone is doing better by now ... but you know ... as always ... you guys are in my prayers ...

My son is doing really well and healing quickly, oh to be young again and bounce back so fast......

Econ has a CAT scan of his stomache today and we should know something by Monday (hopefully).....

I am finally starting to sleep normally and have stopped getting up in the middle of the night to just sit and watch my son sleep.....I think my brain is finally recovering from the ordeal and get back to normal. I have found a new outlook on life though....Life is short so enjoy it and your family to the fullest! biggrin.gif

We got the results from the tests back and it is not what we had hoped for.......cry

He has Cronic Pancreitus (severe inflamation of his pancreas). There is no cure and you cannot live without a pancreas......at the stage he is at they will try to make him comfortable, but they cannot stop/cure it, the damage will get worse and cause other things to begin to happen...... Once he reaches a certain stage, organ transplant becomes an option IF no other damage is present. It is a very small window of opportunity because the pancreas often triggers diabetes and other issues and at that stage he will no longer be eligible for organ transplant..... In a nutshell, the test results SUCK!

Hey SU....How's things? Been anywhere interesting lately? Got some good pics to share? IO always seems to catch the most beautiful moments while you guys are on the road.....

As for me....I've been busy as hell at work. My son is doing really good and Econ, well....he's stubborn....He needs to go back to the Dr. and explain some symptoms/ask more questions, but of course he is man and won't do it.....Very frustrating!!!!!

A few more weeks and the kids go back to school tough! **happy dance** Lower grocery bill!!! WHOOT WHOOT!!!!!
