another good point Toby101 made....try looking into Big Brothers, a church group, fire fighter explorer, police explorer..there are many many activities, programs, and/or groups that you can get your son interested in
He's part of the youth group at church and he really seems to "relax" more there. As for the new friends....he has had the same friends since Kindergarden. All 3 boys are small for their age and so they have stuck to each other. The other 2 boys are pretty good kids, I know their mom's and we talk sometimes about the boys "problems".
I am going to look into the idea of a mentoring program in my area though. Sounds like a good thing to start him in. Thanks!
