Ingredients: 2 Squares (1 oz each) bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate 1 cup Half & Half 1 cup Milk 1 tsp Vanilla Directions: 1. Combine chocolate, half & half, and milk in a saucepan and heat on low. 2. Stir frequently until chocolate is melted and blended in. 3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
NOTE: The amount of milk is a rough estimate, once you’ve made it you may want to add more or less to your taste. Also, this is really good with a little Grand Marnier or other liqueur.
You could also use unsweetened chocolate, you’ll just have to add a little sugar.
