If you like Dean Koontz, you might enjoy his "Frankenstein" series, the first two are out, but the third and final book won't be released until this summer. They are excellent, a friend recommended them to me.

I'm done with American Criminal Justice System, and am currently researching apple trees and the diseases associated with them. (My goal is to  incorporate fairly self sufficient fruits of all types into the backyard of my farm... last year's intro was grapes... this year is strawberry, and next year apples..... anyone have apples that require little to no care and produce well? )

I just finished The Last Cayote by Michael Connely and started a bad assed book titled Under and Alone by William Queen.  It's a true story of an under cover ATF agent that went under with the Mongols.

I just finished "A Woman in Berlin"  Eight weeks in the conquered City  by anonymous


It's a diary written in 1945 as Berlin fell to the Russians..first printed in the 1950's to a very hostile reception....it just went back into print since the writer died in 2001 at age 90.


She was a very honest and perceptive woman who remains anonymous to the general public.
