I had a major surgery that put me in bed for a while. I haven't majorly worked out in 28 days. I worked my body really hard before surgery to the point I couldn't stop shaking. You always here about the "summer bodies" and such but I want to get one that last awhile to be healthy. I can't work out for another week, but I feel so fat and lazy. I have about 10 pounds to lose in the stomach area. Do you have any tips on healthy habits while I wait to go HAM at the gym again? I know not to eat fried/grease foods or starve myself but what can I do?
