The colour of hair is not to important to me, but I am just not to keen on girls that shave their heads, that should be left to guys.

I'm not crazy about guys with really long hair. If they were intelligent and nice, I could overlook that, but I don't care for the ponytail look on guys.

I used to have fairly long hair in my late teens/early twenties, just below shoulder length, but never wore it in a ponytail, got it cut short for my wedding, and now it is like it is, very closely cropped (where I still have hair left that is).
