I have no problem with people smoking pot, fuck. Do what ya like in the privacy of your own home. But when you come to my door and try to force the shit on me, I am callin the po po. I am also pissed at the rental company cause i have told them about these people and them trying to sell me crack. They did nothing even though it clearly states in my lease...... "any known or suspected use of illegal drugs is grounds for immediate eviction". WTF?

Well you are fortunate to make the big bucks and get to live in a nice neighborhood. I am doing the best I can with what I have. It is a nice area, just a couple bad people that slipped past the management. They happen to have a child that my boy plays with. It all comes down to circumstance. I will not stand by and be walked on. I have played the good, obey the law, I am not stooping role long enough. It just got me more headache. I took matters into my own hands(only after I was physically threatened with violence). Now she will stay away. I will pay 50$ in court costs after they drop my charges. Worth it if she stays away. Just because you think something is a certain way, doesn't mean it always is. You don't know the "reality" of the situation. I live it. I deserve to be left alone, now I will be. Just a pity I had to resort to causing physivcal harm to someone. Just shows you that some people REALLY are dumb and rely on pain to show them the error of their ways.

Well I would start with a TRO againts the crackhead, and a look into what the "managements" responsibility is in all of this. If they know they have drug users/dealers in the hood, then they have to take actions to elemenate that and provide a safe (or as safe as can be) place for the rest of the tenants. Ohio may be different, but it is not a lawless state.
