Sure you're not the Jerkoff, shouldn't you have checked it worked before they left, they must have been pretty smart they left you with a botched job but still got your money, how do you feel?

Go find your control box with all the little fuses, and see if you blew a fuse.  I would laugh my ass of if this is all it is.  Also reset the newest reset/test outlet near it. See if both of these would work.

He may not be...but I have been.....and he is right.  Check to be sure the breaker is turned on before thowing shit at a whole trade of competant people.
