You might also consider the TOS (terms of service for you Econ) .....that specify the restriction against posting or otherwise publishing copyrighted material that you do not own without proper permission to do so.  ....which you do not have, which is part of every service

First of all let me say I and I alone am responsible for the thread here, so when you want to make wild accusations and piss and moan....rip it in the right direction!


Second, I have worked in the publishing business for well over 8 years and unless you have the certs and paperwork to back up your claim of copywrite protection, float that threat in another direction. If you have said paperwork, send it to me....I'd love to see it, hell post it big boy, I'm sure we'd all love to see it! FYI this iw the WORLD WIDE WEB, you posted it without any alleged copyright protection, which has to be clearly stated by law.....


Third, if you can't play with the big dogs, don't leave your sheltered yard little puppy! In other words if you can't take a joke, get a life. Need a tissue after your tantrum!?! WTF????!!!!!

zap, your micro managing of damage control may work, but when it comes to something like this, you need to smile once in a while and laugh to a joke, even if it’s about you. Because I can assure you, your actions on this reveal a bigger joke, it's just not as funny, but rather sad.


 


Well, changed the names and uploaded a different one for each member. That should keep you busy a while. LOL   I'm sure they will tell you the link once they get it opened. That is, the ones that even tell you. Moooo hahahaha.

so you filed the necessary paperwork to have the picture copyrighted? That shitty, grainy picture???? BULLSHIT! just because you own a picture does not mean it is copyright protected.....copyright is a legal ownership, you know paperwork, filing fees, etc.....


AND FYI.....if altered over 51%....it's not legally considered the same picture.....and not covered under any REAL copyright protection.....


To the Mods and the rest of the members (except Zap)....I am sorry if I cause you grief with my funny pictures...it was a joke, we all laughed (except for Zap)....he's full of shit, but I understand why the mods did what they did to my pics.....doesn't mean i have to stop though.....sorry, I'm a pisser that way!?!

The type of paperwork you are referring too is not necessary for copyright protection.  You know that.  It used to be...before they changed that law.

Don’t worry about it Kat. I ran into this several years ago when I copied a bunch of spec’s on a motor and put them on my site without changing them. The wording was simple enough to fix, but the pictures of the engine and how it was to be taken apart had to be changed less then the 51%.

Careful Kat,,,, I’m sure Zap is ready to “break it on down!” LOL   You know, where he copies and pastes every part of your post and justifies it with trivial little facts to push you away from the main point!.
