Just wondering what is up with all the public porn outside the restricted area. Is this legal or not. I don't mind looking at it, I am a guy but kids could get on here and pitch a tent for some of this. Just wanting some answers.

Well, unless there is an area that you have to check verifying you're 18 years old before entering, then no. It's not legal. I agree there is some sick shit in here but on the other hand there are allot of sick fucks in here. Speaking of which, we have one member that like to play with the letter of the law so we wouldn't mind at all if you wouldn't ask any FUCKING QUESTIONS ABOUT IT AND SHUT THE FUCK UP!!! LOL


On the other hand, one of the mods, MP, has a great knack of coming up with award winning ass chastity belt statements that will clear any possible wrong doing that might have accrued. Not to mention, it would appear that pictures do seem to disappear around here so to make a long story short, if it would ever get to court, the shit would have never been there anyway! LOL

Yes that is correct. Currently there is no way to add an age verification option but that is certainly something that we will look into as the forum evolves into a website.

Although TOP may condone or allow graphic images sexually suggestive or other wise. TOP reserves the right to remove any posting, user or content with or without notice, explanation or reason. Posting Pornographic links in any non-restricted forum will be promptly removed without notice. Age restriction to pornographic
sites exists for a reason and is also required by law

I agree with Toby. I have kids and I would hate to open it up and him see something traumatizing. But the mods also shouldn't have to move shit around. You guys are adults. Well some of you , anyway. Or how about just a link? And warn us. I know alot of you are going for the shock factor. I just would hate to not be able to read the forum for fear of my kids seeing a pic of USofA. For Example...i cant even enjoy the pretty pictures in the thread with fave photos because Weinie boy posted his Wet dream photo.
