If you can't walk, talk, and chew gum at the same time, you have no business driving in the first place. Some people can multi task.... period.. some people can't.

I'm about tired as hell of stupid laws that are made because of one or two idiots that screw some thing up so the rest of us have to get punished.

Besides, if you haven't figured it out yet, part of driving your car is watching out for other idiots in theirs.

From what I see on the road, most people could solve a lot of their near misses but slowing down and just running the fucking speed limit... you know.....keeping the suicidal acts to a minimum.

The reason i say outlaw it is cause no one ever follows the rules. Talking is not so bad but i have seen people texting/dialing while trying to drive through busy traffic. It will be outlawed in Ohio eventually and I agree. I have small kids and have had to cuss people out for acting stupid while trying to talk and drive. Yes it is a few that ruin it for all but, give an inch and they take a mile.
