2/3 cup butter 6 oz unsweetened chocolate 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 tsp vanilla 3 eggs 1 cup flour
Oven 350. Melt butter and chocolate together over low heat, stirring often; remove from heat. Combine sugar, vanilla, and eggs - beat on high speed 5 minutes. Add chocolate/butter, beat on low speed 1 minute. Add flour, mix until blended together.
Pour batter into greased baking dish, bake 35 minutes or until done. Cool until just slightly warm, top with chocolate glaze.
Chocolate Glaze
Combine the following in small saucepan: 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tsp cornstarch, dash of salt, 1/3 cup water. Mix together, then add 1/2 square unsweetened chocolate (broken). Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more, remove from heat and stir in 1/2 tsp vanilla.
**These are very chocolatey and not overly sweet. You may want to increase the sugar to 1 3/4 cups**
