I would bevery careful about IVing any thing hot into my arm. and I have no clue ho much is too much for coffee.
(that is until you start just shaking uncontrolabley due to the amount of caffine)

LOL, yea well the first cup is really kicking my ass. I was impatient so I did the cheat thing. Pull the pot out and just stick the cup under there for the first cup. And you know what that means!!!! You might as well just take a cup of grounds and shove it in your mouth with a hot water chaser!!!  LOL

Get a coffeemaker with a timer and set it to begin brewing just before you wake up. No waiting.

Thats how I do mine. I set my alarm and then the coffee pot for 5 minutes before that. When my alarm goes off the nice smell of coffee is in the air and I actually want to drag myself from bed.
