Maybe twenty five years of truck driving is enough.... Three accidents caused by four wheelers, And millions of safe miles driven is not what is needed around here. I do miss the south west though... I don't know why such large barren stretches of wide open spaces do it for me, but they do..... I thinks it's just the fact that the next human is hundreds of miles aways is just comforting to me.... weird ....
Not at all weird. I grew up on an 88 acre farm that sat just over a mile off the road and many miles from a city, I love wide open spaces and I loath people in my airspace!

LOL, Oh yes, I understand. I live outside of town set back from the road and surrounded by woods. I have a 5 foot fence surrounding my property (to keep the horse safe of course, has nothing to do with keeping people out....). I go to work and go home and I make side trips when necessary. I'm not a hermit or anything, I just enjoy the quiet and lack of humans consuming my oxygen!
BTW, how's Copycat do when he(?) isn't on the road? I imagine after a while of being a driving companion, it is a bit strange for him not to be in the rig?
