Okay, I dont want to go to the doc, so I am trying to see if anyone knows any other solutions for me being sick.

My sinuses are killing me, I keep coughing so hard that I feel like I have to pee

My nose is stuffy and my throat is getting sore

I have sudafed sinus and allergies, taken nyquil, doing some night cough meds now, I have a air humidfier on now and drinking some sunny D

Any suggestions... I hate tea and banannas for a heads up

Just a suggestion....


Mucinex works pretty well...


It sounds like your sinuses are draining everywhere...down your thought and into your ear cannal....maybe...


try drinking some hot broth ... your choice... and maybe turning on the hot water (only hot) in the shower and letting the whole room steam up....

almost forgot....add some vix vapor rub to the shower walls and try standing in the shower with the curtain closed but without getting hit by the hot water..

IO's suggestions are good.  Make sure you are taking a cough medicine with guaifenesin in it - that helps keep the mucus loosened up so it will drain.  Some OTC meds have it, some do not.  Just read the label.


And unless you have allergies, you should probably stop taking antihistamines - they will dry you out.


If it doesn't clear up soon, though, you may have to break down and see a doctor.  You may need antibiotics if it turns out to be an infection, and you do NOT want to let it go so far that it becomes pneumonia!

Well my ear decided that it wants to leak ot in certain positions now and my poor lil right eye is red...

I also cant sleep I am pissed

Hey Photo...get your ass to the doctor. You have an infection that is not going to get any better with OTC treatments. The longer that you wait the harder it is to clear up.

Yeah Photo!!! I agree with Butter and MP5 .... Don't be like me and keep putting it off until you end up in the hospital!!!!

If she hates Docs as much as I do .... I'll bet Plush has to physically drag her to the docs...
