In a large pot combine:


1 quart water


3 cups sugar


8tablesppons freeze dried instant coffee (tasters choice type stuff)


 


Bring to a boiland then turn to a simmer. Cook 6 hours stirring frequently. Cool over night. Next morning stir in 2 ounces of pure vanille and 1 fifth Everclear.
