Go to your RUN area on your start menu. Type regedit and look for the program. Remove it from your registry.

If you can't find it (and don't erase anything unless you KNOW what it is) then try this:

Under RUN, type msconfig and click the item so that it doesn't start with your computer. Then restart.

BTW, the best free software firewall IMO is Zonealarm. Everything else (even black ice) has holes.

well..not completely,

but I have disabled the firewall.....

and got another one on. (zone alarm)
