I need help doing something BEYOND sick to someone's picture. Can anyone do anything nasty with this guy's photo?

Yeah... its a drunken pose, something about a "drunk tennis pro". Thats why I want to use that picture, because he is already soooooo proud of it

Its one of my co-workers who has been photoshopping some NASTY pictures of me. I am not creative or artistic enough to get even the way I want to.
