Yes, I have heard of that...black tarry stool indicates internal bleeding...bright red blood is probably a popped hemmoroid or fissure...unless it is gusehs of red blood...that is a problem.

No, I am just a bit paranoid about not being regular...I cant function properly if I dont have my daily sessions with John.

I dont know what makes it bad or good......I would never say that I have bowels made of roses....that is impossible. Bowel movements are a normal part of life and one should strive for some regularity to rid the body of toxins.

I have never used a colonic......I am too busy to take something like that and wait around for it to work.....please; I can just imagine  something like that kicking in when I am in a meeting or at my daughters preschool.

You know, I dont have problems talking about poop.....its a normal bodily function. Now, when people act like their poop does not stink, well, then I have a problem. Its not supposed to smell like a rose garden...its poop....well, daisies in E-cons case.
