For roughly a pound of ground beef (I don't combine meats for meatloaf) I use:
one egg anywhere between 1/3 - 1/2 cup oatmeal (depending on the amount of fat in the beef, more fat=larger quantity of oatmeal) salt pepper garlic powder chopped onion worcestershire sauce, maybe 1 TBS sometimes chopped bell pepper
Bake at 350 for roughly an hour or until the internal temp is 160. Sometimes when it's almost finished cooking, I'll brush catsup or barbecue sauce on top.

I but McCormik meatloaf seasoning, 8 ounces of tomatoe sauce, 1 egg, italian bread crumbs and top with a mixture of catsup, tomato sauce and a dash of barbecue and worstechire. To serve i start with a slice of italian bread topped with meatloaf, mashed potatoes and pile french fried onion rings on top. yummy.
