chili powder, can of tomatoes, 1 to 2 teaspoons of salt
Wash and pick ove rbeans
put in stock pot, and let sit over night in water. Fill pot with more water the morning. add meat and onion. bring to a boil, and then cut back dwn to low after it boils for about 5 minute.
let cook on low for 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours. beans should be soft. add season, what you like, and make as hot as you like. service with cornbread, rice or eat as a soup.
