ok guys, I did this yesterday and it came out yummy.
Chicken breast (or what ever you got)
limes-fresh
salt/ pepper/ cayanne
garlic and parsley
as the chicken thawed in the fridge, I squeezed lime juice over it and let the lime peel sit with the chicken.(I used 5 limes) I used seasoned salt, fresh cracked pepper, some cayanne and garlic powder with parsley.
I let that sit over night in a cover bowl. Baked it at 350 for 1.5 hours (I had four chicken breast tht equaled almost 4 pounds) and served with new potatoes and fresh stemmed spinach.
